StockX has instant payout limitations. StockX sets allowances for the frequency and amount of early payouts based on your seller history and additional account information. This may result in orders where instant payout is not available, though the feature will automatically return after some time.
How do I track my StockX payout?
From the Payout Info section, select the “Edit” button which will direct you to Hyperwallet in a separate window. To activate your Hyperwallet account, enter payout settings and add your payout method. From here, you can manage payout transfer methods, select preferences, and track payments from StockX.
Why is my payment pending on StockX?
This is a temporary authorization hold, not a charge. StockX uses authorization holds to confirm your payment method. The hold may show up as “Pending” on your bank statement, but will not be processed. We will put a temporary authorization hold on each new payment method you provide.
What happens after 2 days StockX?
Your account can be subject to a penalty fee if you fail to ship the item within the allotted time period (typically two business days), or if you sell and ship StockX an item that does not meet our condition guidelines or doesn’t exactly match the item as it is described on StockX in any way.
