Why is it so hard to cancel a Planet Fitness membership?
To cancel a Planet Fitness membership, you need to visit your gym in person or write a postal letter. Planet Fitness doesn’t allow you to cancel your membership by phone or online. Your membership might already be on hold due to pandemic restrictions, and you may be able to get a three-month hold for medical reasons.
