Cancel on Android Open the Noom app on your phone; Go to the blue chat box that will be visible on the top right corner of your screen. This is the chatbox. Send a clear and to the point message to your ‘Goal Specialist’ that you want to get your subscription canceled.

Is Noom hard to cancel?

You can cancel your subscription or trial both in the app and in your Subscription Portal. Have the app installed? Simply go to the Settings section of your iOS or Android app and click Manage Subscription: Your account will be pulled up with an option to cancel your subscription — simply follow the steps.

Will deleting my Noom account cancel my subscription?

Please keep in mind: Uninstalling the Noom app doesn’t automatically cancel your subscription — you need to cancel your account. You can check your subscription status and cancel either in the app settings or via your Subscription Portal.
