What do Sias do?
SIAS is a free, confidential and non-judgmental one stop service that offers easy access to appropriate support and treatment for all who have problems with drugs, alcohol or gambling. We also offer support to families and friends.
What are SIA’s powers?
The SIA is given the power under the PSIA 2001 to suspend licences. If your licence is suspended you will not be able to work legally in an area regulated by us unless that suspension is lifted. Licence suspensions have immediate effect.

What is Sias story?
Sia first began performing with a band called Crisp, singing her way through the Adelaide jazz scene in the 1990s. Some success led her to launch a solo career in 1997, but it didn’t work out and she soon made a plan to move to the UK to be with her boyfriend.
