Nico’s yet another cast member who left yachting—but not before he became bosun/first mate on season five of the series. He’s now working in his family business back in Chicago and happily in love with his long-time girlfriend.
What happened Nico Scholly?
After leaving the yacht, Nico returned to his hometown of Chicago and decided to pursue a new career. He joined his family’s plumbing business, which serves residential and commercial clients in the Chicago area, and still works there to his day (via Cheat Sheet).

Nico left Below Deck following season five and he returned to Chicago to start a new career. Since leaving the series as a charming, hard-working deckhand, he joined his family’s plumbing business. Besides working for the family firm, he is also focused on his brother’s foundation.
