Roblox players are able to purchase shirts and pants in the Avatar Shop or make their own! You can choose to keep your creations to yourself or even sell them to your fellow players. You can create your own by clicking the Create a Shirt and Create Pants pages.
Please note that your account must have a membership to upload and sell shirts or pants. While you can still create t-shirts without a form of membership, you will not be able to sell them.

Where do you get the error, when you try to upload it on your profile? From the looks of the file, you may have saved the image not following the proper image size that Roblox normally requests for (585 x 559 pixels if not mistaken). Try checking for these: Is your image the right size?

Looks like you uploaded it as a it as a .jpeg file, which in result causes the background to go white. Make sure that the image your uploading is a . png file to allow the transparency to work.
