Item(s) must be in the condition they were in when sent by us, including but not limited to: no damage, original tags, no creases as a result of try-on and/or wear, no sole wear or debris (for sneaker items), and all original packaging included.

What does damaged box mean?

Damaged Box items are new, genuine, authentic, fresh and 100% original. Sometimes the outer box gets damaged in transit and may have a small crease in the box or no cellophane. Damaged Box items always contain the same original fragrance and have never been used before. They are the best way to save.

What is considered a good condition box on GOAT?

Like New: Minimal to no signs of wear. Excellent: Slight wear on tread with minimal creasing. Very Good: Gentle wear with some creasing, scratches, and/or slight discoloration. Good: Moderate wear with visible creasing, scuffing, and/or discoloration.

Will a damaged box pass StockX?

We do allow the original box to have slight damage such as minor dents, however, we do not allow boxes with major rips or tears.
