How do I add mods to ATLauncher?

Open the ATLauncher and navigate to the Instances tab to the right of the launcher.
Now you will see a list of the mod packs that you have downloaded, scroll to the modpack that you would like to add the additional mods to and click Open Folder.
Open the mods folder and you can now drag in your desired mods.

How do I give my ATLauncher more RAM?
In order to allocate Minecraft more RAM/Memory simply open up ATLauncher and go to the Settings->Java tab and change the amount of Maximum RAM/Memory using the dropdown, remembering to click the Save button when done.
