Server-Side Installation:
Head to the Apex Server Panel, then scroll down to the Jar File section.
Click the menu dropdown, then scroll or search for RLCraft .
Select RLCraft then press Change Version .
It is recommended to create a new world when prompted, to prevent any issues.
Restart the server to load the modpack.

Minehut does not support mods at the moment, so this is not possible.
