How do you clip in spin shoes?
Also called “clip-in” or “step-in” pedals, clipless pedals allow riders to securely attach their shoes and cleats to the pedals. Place the cleat on your shoe into the clip and push down, and you’ll feel yourself clip into the pedal. To release the clip, simply twist your heel away from the bike.
Why can’t I clip into my pedals?
Make sure the front of your cleat goes into the pedal first, then push down on the back. They should have an adjustment screw for retention, make sure those are set to low to start out with. Start with that and let us know how it works out for you.
