How do I know my chest size?

Take a soft tape measure and wrap it under your armpits at the widest part of your chest. The tape measure should be snug around your chest and shoulder blades, but not so tight that it compresses your chest. The number in inches is your chest size.

Is a 38 inch chest good?

Anything over a 38-inch chest is considered buff. 15 – 16 inch arms are average for bodybuilders. Anything between a 31 and a 35-inch waist is great for lifters depending on body fat percentage and muscle mass.

Is 32 a small or medium?
