In episode 3.2, they made their relationship public. In episode 3.3, Otis and Ruby went on a date where at the end they went to Ruby’s and Otis got to know Ruby’s dad.

Who does Otis end up with?

At the end of the season, Otis and Maeve finally kiss and make up. After some back and forth and a brief confrontation with Isaac, they decide to make things work. However, Maeve ultimately decides to go to America and tells Otis it’s not goodbye, it’s “See you soon.” Otis seems very sad but is also proud of her.
