What age is G?
Except for some movies, preschool children will not be admitted. These are categories classified by EIRIN (Film Classification and Rating Committee) to restrict viewers’ ages. G: Appropriate for people of all ages. PG 12: Parental guidance is required for children under the age of 12.
Do cinemas check your age?
Our staff are legally required to ask for proof that you are old enough to watch an age restricted film if they have any doubt. In order to prove your age we require official I.D. that includes a photo and date of birth such as a passport or driver’s license.
