How do I cancel a movie ticket on the lot?
Our refund policy requires a 30-minute notice prior to the show for any form of reimbursement, including LOT credit and complimentary movie vouchers. Refunds are to be performed in person with the same card used at the time of the initial transaction. The refund will not include the service/convenience fee.
