Is XD same as 3D?
It is often confusing for many people to distinguish XD from 3D. Both 3D and XD display stereoscopic 3D images that are presented in a stereoscopic manner. Basically, you are only seeing in XD the three dimensions that you can in 3D.
Is D-box also 3D?
The D-BOX does have a “volume control” for the motion and I quickly turned mine down from its highest to its lowest setting. The seats are much narrower than those you’ll find in the IMAX cinema and while the film is still screened in 3D, the motion can disrupt the visuals when at its highest setting.
Is 4DX the same as D-box?
4DX and MX4D both feature an immersive experience in addition to the moving seats, adding features like fog, scents, and even jets to spray air and water. D-Box seats, on the other hand, are just upgraded mechanical seats in an otherwise normal movie theater.
