Percy charged him with heading operation to kill Nikita. He was not happy about giving the kill order, but did so nevertheless. However he is tricked and kidnapped by Nikita, who claims she wants access to Division network. He laughed at the idea of bringing down the Division.

The last episode of Season 3 Nikita leaves Michael and the rest of the group for their safety (also breaking off the engagement with Michael in the process). However, they get back together later and in the end of season 4 it’s showed that they are married and spending their life together on an island.

Nikita is one of those shows people will discover in years to come and kick themselves for not watching when it was on the air. It’s a shame that it has been cancelled and that its final season is a mere six episodes long, but the creative team took those six episodes and made sure that each one of them delivers.
