Is it OK to wear shoes without insoles?

Our shoes are already designed to accommodate the foot’s natural shape, but some people may find the fit more comfortable without the shoe liner. While the liners can help regulate temperature, they’re also designed to be removed. So if you prefer wearing your shoes without them, then go ahead and take them out!

Are insoles really necessary?

Not only can insoles provide much needed pain relief for foot, ankle and leg issues, they can also provide a wide range of benefits focused on aligning feet into a healthy position when standing, running and walking.

Should I remove insoles?

In most cases, we recommend that you remove the insole, or footbed, from your shoes and replace them with your custom foot orthotics. Most shoes that are compatible with orthotics have a removable footbed that allows your custom foot orthotics to fit inside comfortably.

How can I make my shoes more comfortable without insoles?

Make Sure You’re Wearing the Right Size and Width. Wear Moisture-Wicking Socks. Try Deodorant. Be Mindful About Breaking Them In. Consider Shoe Stretchers. Break Them In with a Blow Dryer. Tape Your Toes. Get Orthotic Inserts.
