There is a 2.9% fee for all cash outs. If you’d like to deposit your funds, simply tap the Sell tab on the app, then tap “Credits”, then tap “Cash Out” and fill out the required information.
Where does my GOAT credit go?
The refund will be in the form of GOAT Credit, which can be used on any future GOAT purchases and never expires, subject to certain limitations. Once your refund is approved, the GOAT Credit will be deposited immediately into your GOAT account.
Why can’t I use my GOAT credit?
This can be for a number of reasons, including an incorrect credit card number, insufficient funds or wrong billing zip code. Please first review the card number and billing zip code you entered––if those are correct, we recommend contacting the card-issuing bank.
How do I get my money back from GOAT?
You have 3 days to request a return from the date you received the item(s). To initiate a return, tap “Request Return” in the GOAT app when you receive your package or contact us. Once we receive your return, the item(s) will be evaluated before your refund is made.
