How do I join a friends Avorion? If you both have Steam, one of you can start a galaxy (it has to be a dedicated server via the Dedicated Server Tool, or a game started in the multiplayer option with Host Game) and the other one can join him directly with the Join Game option of Steam (rigth-click on name in friends list).
How do I invite someone to my Avorion?
Go to the player profile and click on the “Invite” button.
Is Avorion an MMO?
How the multiplayer works ? Big servers like EvE ? Nope, Avorion isnt an MMO, and so multiplayer would be more compareable to a classic RPG or RTS

Avorion captures the possibilities of a wild, open-ended galaxy and gives the player every tool they need to make it their own. It has the feel of a game that would be amazing when played with a group of friends, which I very much will be doing more of, but works as a singleplayer game as well.
