Odin can hurt you, but you’ll never actually die. Even if your health is completely depleted, you’ll just get a new full health bar. This is a weird boss fight because it’s not actually a fight. Sure, you can attack Odin and parry his attacks, but the key to advancing is to unequip your axe as he has control over it.
Why can’t I Unequip my axe when fighting Odin?
To unequip the axe, pause the game and go into the inventory screen. Hover the cursor over the axe in Eivor’s main hand, the weapon icon in the lower left, like shown in the above picture. Press the confirm button axe to go into the second screen. Then press the confirm button again to unequip it.
