How do you cancel JustFab?
If you wish to cancel your Account, simply call our JustFab Consultants at 1-866-337-0906, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You may also cancel online. There is no cancellation fee.
Will JustFab refund my money?
PURCHASE CANCELLATIONS If your credit card or payment method has already been charged for an order that is later cancelled, JustFab will issue you a refund.
Why is JustFab charging me?
Once you’ve made your first purchase with us using the VIP option at checkout, you automatically become a VIP member. If you do not make a purchase or choose to click Skip This Month in your Boutique by the 5th of each month, you are automatically charged 49,95€ on the 6th, and a member credit is generated for you.
How do I opt out of JustFab for a month?
Visit the My Account page between the 1st and 5th of the month and select the “Skip the Month” option. For Mobile App: Tap on the Account tab and then Account Info. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the “Skip the Month” option.
