Most non starchy vegetables are zero SmartPoints on the Blue plan. These include, squash, beets, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, eggplant, leeks, turnips, tomatoes & zucchini. Some starchy vegetables such as corn, parsnips and split peas are zero SmartPoints.
